Im thinking of calling all the rollerbladers in my are to ride a bit and talk to them about the awesome PWN through posters or other stuff, does anyone know how I could do that legaly? And who do I have to pm to make it a official PWN event??

I suggest not to hurry. Organizing a simple rider meeting is enough for start. Gather some folks to skate and hang out together, like investigate what kind of people they are. Don't throw them into Parts War straight away - they might get confused and won't get the idea right. Then, gently push them towards the idea of street competition for parts and other stuff. People get interesed when they don't see the whole picture and their interest raises and more details become visible.
You don't have to have any business with officials and others, just go out, find some dudes on wheels and make contacts.

TNX, I wanted t organize this meeting to find some riders because I never see anyone on rollerblades and its winter wich means skaters are at home chillin but if they would see that poster it would awake interesst, just sayin'

Not sure about where you live, but you should have no problems putting up posters in public spaces with tape or staple gun. A print shop can help you make posters if you don't want to make your own
