It's been a busy work week (more like months) and haven't really got to skate or do much of anything. So for the last week or so I have been wearing leg weights (15lb per leg) at work, I work in manufacturing sector so its not too odd haha. I am thinking of using one of my old airsoft chest rigs to hold additional weights in the mag pouches. I haven't tryed blading with them on, its odd just jumping with them. But the best part of doing this isn't making my legs like rocks haha its when you take them off at night and you feel like you can float away haha. Dose any one else also use body weights

Absolutely! Unfortunately, I have a lack of equipment. I've got about ten pounds per leg, but I wear a backpack that I've weighed down as well, a lot of the time. And, I really love that feeling when you take them off! It's pretty sweet until you get habituated to it. hen it's just routine, haha.

If it gets routine try increasing the weights:) any thing can be a weight just find heavy things and hold them with you all day, or load up a back pack most metal working shops will have scrap steal they are willing to part with and can be used for weights, just sand the ruff edges so you dont get cut on it

im looking up the weights on my loadout im going to a metal fab shop (specializes in lawn art and horse shoes) to get scrap iron to make weights
and i thought i would add for those that are trying this for the first time don't ware the weights every day best to give some time (a day or 2) for your mussels to heal or you will not really be building any mussel mass (the mussels are taring when you use them so you need to give time for them to heal), and this can aso cause permanent damage (not really a problem with smaller or med weight)

Haha, I wonder what other thread that was on, we talked extensively on the subject of muscle tearing, someone was saying that they never gave their muscles time to heal, ever. But yeah, it would fricking suck to lose use of your legs as a blader due to stupidity.
