Hey, I have been skating and have improved a lot Brave enough to go down the huge slopes that surround my street *_* Though I haven't been able to skate too long because my ankles start to hurt pretty bad Does that go away after a while or what? Do I need to do something to make it easier? I am pretty athletic with band activities so I know it's nothing like that. Thanks! ,Kye

No no xD I don't mean it hurts all the time. I mean after I am in the skates standing for a bit (not that long at all) They start doing it After having them off for a bit it stops. I was thinking it might be that the skates haven't molded to me yet xD

how new are the skates you do need to break in skates to have the liner to become more shaped to your foot and some skates wont be the most comfortable for different kinds of feet.

That and if you've recently started skating, your muscles will need time to adjust to the skates as well.

It may be that your boots doesn't fit. You should try on some other skates, this will help to find out whether you just need time to adapt or the skates which you're riding doesn't fit.
