yep but that is why i put disclaimers after my comments that may cause vandalism or other illegal activity in the case of stickers, taging, postering your suppose to receive the ok form the owner of the property in the case for public property the local gov is the owner. stickers are normally not too bad in the eyes of the law for they normally wash away or are easy to remove in comparison to wheat past or spray paint.

Laws vary from state to state. The rules explain this. The site can't support vandalism if it's telling you to check with your local five-o for further information. This is going to be locked since this pretty much covers it. If you really need or want to ask this, go ask your local fuzz. XD We can't answer for them. In some places, its legal to a point, meaning as long as you're not spamming them and causing an eye sore or have a certain amount of feet within your stickers. Again, this all varies from state to state, so go ask your police department. XD If its okay for people to put up posters forcing their adverts and corporate hogwash down my throat, I don't see a sticker here and there as that big of a deal. Shit, at least our emblems look nicer than other crap people put up. XD lulz But, again, I'm not a cop nor do I know what the laws are like in your neck of the woods.

yea basically the jist of vandalism laws are as long as its not threatening, permanently defacing a property, causing damage or unwanted attention, or damaging a person/business's credibility or public image. if its not any of those things then most people tend to not even bother with it but like Yami check with your local vandalism laws and property owners and let them know of your sticker is for and what it means, usually the back of stop signs goes unnoticed

I may sound too rough, but personally I don't give a damn about such things. Legal? Fine, that makes my life easier. Illegal? Nice, I'll have even more fun rolling around and tagging, feeling the thrill of going beyond restrictions.
