Hey guys, I'm pretty new to skating so I'm not sure on what are all the parts needed to assemble/build a pair of custom skates. If anyone has a detailed tutorial/video/guide on how to build skates then that'll be most helpful. Also, I'm trying to build a powerblade setup and they have 8mm axles so im not sure what kind of bearing spacers to get and where to get them...

Powerblade uses the same bearings, but not quite sure about the spacers. Bearings, you can start off with the super fast and super cheap BONES REDS. If you want something a little more insanely fast and durable, get the BONES SWISS CERAMICS. If you want something even faster than that but less durable, get the BONES SUPER SWISS SIX.
As for wheels, powerblading wheels aren't quite "in the market" for now, so you're going to have to be stuck with your stocks for some time. Try Reinforcing your frames for smoother manouvering.
As for boots, try and use USD CLASSIC THRONES or USD CARBON III. I hope this helped.

Be careful with ceramic bearings... They don't take impacts well. Good for speed, but not great for aggressive drops.
