I know you said it was a prototype, but is there any real benefit to the two-piece system? Couldn't you just 3D print the whole thing as one piece, and strengthen the frames using resins and carbon fiber cloth?

Files are on here go to first page and yes I am only printing them in 2 sections because it won't fit in the printer and it also takes a whole roll of filament

They ride great and feel more stable than I thought they would tho I haven't properly got to test how well they will wistand impact.
