Anyone else spending time in the gym? I've been lifting weights for...two and a half years now? I've made a lot of progress, learned a lot about it and myself, and constantly getting myself in a better athletic shape. Who else visits the Church of Iron?

Just a nice blend of cardio ( okay, just running and skating) along with standard sit ups, lifting, various dumbell stuff, that's about it. Pretty general and standard, ha ha.

I'm running (speed, endurance, hill climbs) before the actual workout. I found a 12 week program on the BodySpace app. It's a 4-day split (chest/triceps, back/biceps, shoulders, legs). I've done a few programs in my time, but none of them have pushed me like this one. Haven't found a plateau yet. Once I get my skates, that's going to replace (or add into) the running.

Y'all trynna get JACKED?? lol I do moderate workouts but its all basic sets of unweighted exercise. I'm to broke for gym memberships but I will soon invest in some free weights
