I really dont wanna try grinding any more without knee pads and wrist gaurds because ive torn my knees up repeatedly and damagedy wrist for weeks without them. Any advice?

Don't fall, obviously. If to be serious, I'd recommend to practice stalling A LOT, until you can jump on the ledge/rail blindfolded, lol Then try to make a stall on the move, but really, really slow at first. And so like that more confident you get, more you try to keep grinding.

There's nothing wrong with using armor. I use wrist wraps or gloves and I always wear knee pads. They're useful and don't really bother me or feel annoying. XD If you're creative enough, you can also incorporate them into your slides. Haha I've messed up my knees pretty bad and would much rather use knee pads than not skate while they heal. Lulz
