Yeah. That does really suck. It happens with posters and things too. Especially in school.

wheat past company's and graffiti artist alike use it to put up posters its just white flower and water about 1 part flower 4 parts water want it to be like milk heat and steer just realized it also makes it a much better water prof seal apply to surface of where u want ur poster and apply to poster after it is up it take a couple hours to dry but it will stay depending on where u are and what u are posting this may get u in trouble with the law so remember to ask for permission and respect others property VF

I suggest not to mention possible problems with law further, as it's quite obvious. Those who'll need to tag will be tagging, regardless of their local laws. And learn to ride really fast, not to get caught. That is a plus. So, I still suggest to use stencils and spray paint. No more than 2-3 colors, as you need to run and tag fast. However, don't be stupid to tag someone's REALLY expensive property. If a wall or something else already has been covered all over with graffiti, it won't make much difference if you put your tag over. Or, mark you territory with ground drawings. I never seen kids being taken to custody for drawing on the asphalt with chalks, lol
